Uncle time!

Gabers has met all his uncles in the past month! He met Uncle Brian and the future aunt Christina during our new mex visit which was a blast. Then Uncle Wes (aka Uncle Bomb) came along for the long drive back to NY. Finally the first weekend home Uncle Greg & Uncle Matthew came to visit! I think it was the first baby all 4 uncles had really held for any length of time. It's pretty fun to watch all thier different reactions, and Gabe's response to them. Gabe & i are settled in nicely back in NY. It is soo nice to be home! The days fly by which is what i need, cuz we sure miss Michael a ton. Hopefully 3 months till we see him for R & R, we can't wait!

Texas wildflowers, and new Gabers!

We went to Rosebud, TX to visit a lady who fills 500 shoe boxes alone for Operation Christmas child. She was very nice- i think she and my mom and kindred spirits. Along the way we passed a beautiful field of bluebonnets...so i had to stop and take some pics. Also, here are some recent cute pics of the little guy. I think he's looking moore and more like his daddy!

Baby blues

I think Gabe inherited his daddy's gorgeous blue eyes. It may be a little early to tell, but so far so good!

Gabers

Here are some pics of Gabe over the past week. We've had a 40 degree temperature change, so on Saturday I had to put Gabe in cold-weather gear for a walk since it was only in the forties. I put him in his little hunter cap one day, and his cow outfit the next. Just recently it's shot up to the eighties..so he's back to light onesies! He has the cutest smile now! I put him in our bed too, i thought it was funny how tiny he looks in it! I took a few pics of Gabe & I...but he wouldnt look at the camera for me!

Grin Time!

I'm on my own with Gabe for the month of March. So far it's been going fairly well. He's putting away between 5 and 6 oz a feeding and seems to be a pretty content baby. He absolutely loves to be outside so I take two walks a day with him and the dogs. He's begun to smile and does this little smirk/grin look often. I tried to get a picture of it, but it's hard to catch him! I sat him up on the couch and he enjoyed looking all around and squirming. He's getting a new set of casts this Tuesday, which will mean he only has one month to go till he's done! I can't wait to see his cute little legs and feet, give him a real bath. We love you Michael, stay safe out there! xoxox
